• About Nadia Al-Aydi

    Extensive Pharmaceutical Sales Leadership Experience

    With two decades of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience, Nadia Al-Aydi functions as Novartis Oncology’s senior brand director for its U.S. Votrient brand. Until recently, Nadia Al-Aydi was involved with Novartis’ U.S. oncology breast/solid tumor franchise, where she served as a strategy and operations director.

    Before that, Ms. Al-Aydi operated as a director and an associate director in Novartis’ Global Oncology Division. In the latter capacity, she spearheaded Global Commercial Excellence efforts that encompassed brands such as Afinitor and Tasigna that were new on the market. Her experience with Novartis also includes a position with its Multiple Sclerosis Business Unit as a senior product manager, before which she completed the company’s Professional Leadership Development Program.

    Well-connected, Ms. Al-Aydi regularly attends meetings of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology, and numerous other industry events. Active with the Columbia Alumni Association, she also supports cultural entities such as The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
